Grace's unique recipes, are clear and simple to follow, and Grace successfully removes any fear of complication from what some aspiring cooks may imagine to be difficult or complex recipes. The variation of dishes is delightful; the recipes range from simple vegetarian dishes (Pepper Sauce, Plantain, Jollof Rice, Maize Meal, pounded yam) to more intricate dishes (such as Ackee and fish, Jerk chicken, Curried Goat, Rice & Peas, Calalloo, Egusi Stew  and lots more)

The food speaks for itself; each sample is a glamorous, exceptional treat. And Grace's cooking gives the learners the chance to carry on the fun, bringing their kitchens to life in the Afro-Caribbean way!

You will be treated to a meal after Cooking. A selection of 3 dishes will be cooked to suit dietary needs in a group. (such a rice, a meat, and a side vegetable dish)
